Outline: This is a plan for a chopstick specialty store in Ginza 6-chome as its own building and store. On a site of approximately 53m2, seven layers of planes measuring approximately 5.3 x 7.1m are stacked to create a highly transparent exterior using the thinnest possible materials (100mm square pillars with H-148 x 100 x 6 x 9mm beams). Two staircases, one indoor and one outdoor, form a double helix around the perimeter, creating a sense of distance from the city.
