Outline: A private house built about 150 years ago in the late Edo period (1603-1868) was revitalized to create a place for small-scale multifunctional in-home nursing care. It combines the functions of "day care," "short stay," and "home nursing," which can be selected by local elderly people according to their living conditions, and aims to help them live as independently as possible.
