EBISU SA BUILDING

Outline
Project to reconstruct the Salvation Army Building. It is a complex facility consisting of a church, residences and tenant offices on a site sandwiched between Ebisu Park and Komazawa Street. Ebisu Park on the north side of the building is located in a Category 2 exclusive district for medium and high-rise residential buildings, so the second to fourth floors are set back significantly to meet sun-shading regulations, and the fifth and upper floors overhang the ground floor.
