- An accommodation facility renovated from a dormitory for Katsushika Ward employees that had been unused for 12 years. The project was selected within the framework of the "Public Facility Open Renovation Matching Competition," in which local governments team up with operators and architects to jointly submit ideas for the use of unused public space to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and receive support for planning and design costs.
