The seismic isolation of the building was carried out using the "rolling construction plan," in which equipment was renewed sequentially while using the "seismic isolation device preloading method" to partially isolate the underground machine room floors. The equipment and machinery rooms were rearranged to create extra space, which was transformed into new living rooms.
