- This project is an extension of the head office and factory of a company that develops and manufactures control devices. The roof, exterior walls, and structure of the 16-year-old steel-framed building with a frontage of 27 m, a depth of 43 m, and a ceiling height of 12 m were retained, and a new three-story building with a total floor area of approximately 2,700 m2 was added internally in a nested configuration.
