HIBARI TERRACE 118

Outline
Completed in 1959, Hibarigaoka Housing Complex is a large-scale housing complex with 2,714 dwelling units owned by the former Japan Housing Corporation (now the Urban Renaissance Agency). As part of the project to revitalize the complex, a general incorporated association, Machi-Niwa Hibarigaoka, was established in 2014 to manage the area after construction is completed. The former terrace house was renovated into "Hibari Terrace 118" as its activity base.
