A wooden one-story house that was once a fishing tackle warehouse on the coast of the Miura Peninsula was rented from the landlord and renovated. Louvis, which handles the design, construction, and operation of the project, aims to make it a flexible method for dealing with the various problems faced by vacant houses throughout Japan as a development of the company's Kariage Project.
