Outline
A special nursing home for the elderly built in a residential area. The first floor of the five-story building is made of reinforced concrete, and the top four floors are constructed of wood using a two-by-four construction method. It has a one-hour fireproof structure. The total floor area of the building is approximately 9,800m2 and there are 160 rooms, making it one of the largest two-by-four buildings in Japan.
