- This is a branch office of a company that deals with custom-built wooden houses along Route 407. The west side of the building is a three-story atrium with a scissors arch constructed of interrupted laminated wood. The span is 16m, and the north side is supported by a cantilever beam. Horizontal forces are supported by J-panel bearing walls with openings on the upper and lower sides of the façade.
