- The pillars are made of 105 mm square cypress lumber, which are staggered like a Nankin Tamasudare. The pillars are made of 105-mm square cypress lumber that is staggered like a Nankin Tamasudare. Six types of similarly shaped pillars are arranged on the same side of the building, and three sets of pillars are arranged in 120-degree symmetry to create a space.
