- This is the new building of the Wood Energy Cooperative, which promotes the use of Obi cedar by producing laminated and dried materials from the Obi cedar, a specialty of Miyazaki Prefecture. The irregular pentagonal shape of the building is derived from the cliff ordinance, and the CLT load-bearing walls, laminated wood slab and steel beams are placed in the appropriate locations.
