Outline
The Ochiai General Center is a public facility with the functions of a branch office of the city hall, a library, and a community exchange space. Of the total floor area of 4,200m2, 3,000m2 is constructed of wood with a fire-resistance design, and the wooden structure of the columns (4 bundles of 210mm square ordinary lumber) is used as an open structure.
