- This is a renovation project for the Takenaka Corporation East Kanto Branch, completed in 2003, with the aim of converting it to a ZEB facility. In addition to the adoption of energy-saving technologies such as double-skinned exteriors, external blinds, and geothermal and solar heat utilization systems, the project also aims to realize a net-zero energy building through renovation, the first in Japan for an operating office, by reviewing the software aspects such as comfort and work styles.
