Outline: An office building completed in 1978, located adjacent to Peace Memorial Park, near the hypocenter and across from the Atomic Bomb Dome, was renovated into offices, rental conference rooms, food and beverage outlets, and an observation deck. Visitors to the observation facility can walk up and down the spiral slope, a semi-exterior space on the east side of the building, from the first floor to the rooftop observation deck on the 13th floor while feeling the scenery of Hiroshima and the flow of the wind. The floor and ceiling of the rooftop observatory are sloped to increase the speed of the wind so that visitors can feel the wind more strongly.
