KUNBOKUSOU IN NAKANO

Outline
A three-story wooden row house with nine dwelling units on a flagpole lot. A 2-meter wide approach line runs through the site in a bow. In order to secure the required number of dwelling units on the site, which is restricted to row houses of three stories or less by Tokyo Metropolitan Government ordinance, legal lighting and maximization of the building volume were considered.
