Outline: The West Arm, which will be the second phase of the hotel, will be the first hotel in Japan to use CLT construction for lodging, and will have 72 guest rooms in a split-level layout that matches the slope of the site. A self-sustaining hydrogen energy supply system has been introduced to reduce primary energy consumption, and will supply the necessary electricity for some guest rooms (12 rooms).
