- This is the first new elementary school in Tsukuba Mirai City in 21 years. The class room (CL) is seen from the WS (middle corridor). The diagonal walls are paneled with double-sided structural plywood and bracing to bear the long-term load of the 8.1 m long span of the classrooms. The structure is a mixture of wood and reinforced concrete.
