- The construction of District II-a, which consists of a low-rise building with shops and a cinema complex, and a high-rise building with offices and a hotel, was completed between District I (commercial facilities) and District III (residential complexes) of Futako-Tamagawa Rise (1106), which was completed in 2010. Based on the concept of "from the city to nature," a park and a vegetable garden are located on the rooftop to connect with the surrounding green space.
