YASUSHI HORIBE ARCHITECT & ASSOCIATES
- Outline
- Reconstruction of the assembly hall in Kamakurayama. The designer was selected through a competition held by the neighborhood association. While leaving the existing cherry trees uncut, the plan is arranged along the contour of the site. In the center of the building, a rectangle measuring 5,550 mm on each side is placed at an angle to create a sense of distance and a place to receive the various activities of the residents.
