- In conjunction with the reconstruction of the Shibaura Water Reclamation Center, this is a three-dimensional urban plan in which civil engineering facilities and buildings are combined on the artificial ground above the center. On the artificial ground, an environmentally friendly office building (32 stories, 151 m high) and a 3.5 ha green space are constructed. This is the first time in Japan that a three-dimensional urban plan has been applied to an existing water reclamation center, and we are making effective use of the space above unused urban facilities.
