- It is a complex facility centering on the Tsutaya bookstore operated by Culture Convenience Club, which operates TSUTAYA and T Card. The Shonan Tsutaya's Magazine Street runs through the center of the building, and the store is adjacent to the Magazine Street. The bookstore and the shop are connected to each other without any boundary, and we aimed to make books play a role in connecting people and things.
