A commercial facility facing Ginza-dori. Green terraces are located on the fourth and sixth floors facing the street. The terrace is considered as a second earth and is intended to be continuous with the bustle of Ginza-dori on the ground. The angle of the folding curtain wall is set to match the two urban axes of Ginza-dori and Chuo-dori. The glass surface is covered with a hazy frit pattern of varying density.
