- This is a child-rearing support facility newly built on the 8th floor of the public-private complex "Amyu Atsugi" (B1-4F: commercial facilities, 5-8F: public facilities "Atsugi Citizen Exchange Plaza", 9F: movie theater), which Atsugi City acquired from a commercial building closed in 2008 and renovated through a joint project with the private sector. In addition to the Child-Raising Support Center for parents and children, there is a day-care center for children by the hour, and an indoor plaza open to the public. A cloud-like wall gently divides and connects the large space of approximately 2000m2.
