BESANCON ART AND CULTURAL CENTER

Outline
A cultural complex in Besançon, France, consisting of a music hall, a contemporary art museum, and a conservatoire (music school). The site faces the banks of the River Deux, which flows through the center of the city and used to be a port. The existing brick warehouse is covered with a large wooden roof. The roof is covered with a mosaic of plants, trees, stones, glass, and solar panels.
