KYOJO×UR RENOVATION PROJECT IN RAKUSAI NEW TOWN, "

KYOTO WOMENS UNIVERSITY＋UR"

UR and students of Kyoto Women's University collaborated to renovate units in Rakusei New Town in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, and held a competition among the students to decide on a plan for implementation. The subject of the renovation is a total of eight units in two housing complexes, Sakaiya Higashi Danchi and Takenosato. In order to mix the generations, we renovated mainly the layout and the water area so that young families would want to move in.
