- A joint project by the Urban Renaissance Agency and R Real Estate, this rental housing has "free walls" that residents can freely customize and are not obligated to restore to their original state when they move out. The project will be held at three different locations, and R Fudosan toolbox, which supports DIY beginners, will also be involved.
