- It is one of the five buildings being constructed at Ground Zero, the site of the WTC (1976, designed by Minoru Yamasaki), which collapsed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. It is the fourth tallest building on the site of the WTC Redevelopment Project, with 72 floors and 298 meters in height. The building has different floor plans in the lower and upper sections, and has five levels of retail space at the base, including the basement, and entrances to the transportation network and underground concourse.
