A 17-hectare former factory site redevelopment project. In addition to approximately 1,500 residential units, commercial facilities, medical facilities, and childcare facilities are being built, and the town is being developed with an abundance of green space based on the "Smart Share Town Concept," which combines smart city technology and community generation mechanisms.
