- A café that sells and prepares organic, pesticide-free vegetables produced on its own farm. The building is located in a fire prevention zone (20 meters from the road) facing a main street. The building is a three-story fire-resistant wooden structure using certified fire-resistant wood frame construction and fire-resistant laminated wood FR wood posts and beams.
