Outline
This is a large-scale building complex consisting of offices, shops, educational facilities, and cultural exchange facilities, constructed on the site of the former headquarters of Hitachi, Ltd. In addition to 3,000m2 of public space on the site, a pedestrian network to adjacent areas and the subway system has been constructed. An intermediate seismic isolation system is adopted for the structure.
