RIVERIE A-TOWER
OBAYASHI CORPORATION ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS
- Outline
- The first phase of a tower apartment being developed on the former site of a record company factory. It has 29 stories above ground and one basement floor. It employs a dual frame system, in which a damping device (oil damper) connects two structures with different swaying patterns: a Rahmen frame structure and a reinforced concrete core column. Two towers of the same shape will be built in the future, and a nursery school and clinic will be constructed at the same time.
