A shop and office selling study desks, furniture and miscellaneous goods located near Lake Sanaru in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The structure is a mixture of reinforced concrete and steel construction. Steel beams are placed on the reinforced concrete portal frame.
