KOHYAMA ATELIER

Outline: This academic center is located on the campus of the University of Tokyo and is equipped with various rooms for researchers from Japan and abroad, an auditorium, lecture/seminar rooms, conference rooms, and exhibition rooms. It was established as a new base for social cooperation and international exchange by the University of Tokyo with a donation from Mr. and Mrs. Masatoshi Ito, Chairman Emeritus of Seven & i Holdings Co. A new building was constructed around the renovated brick stacks of the former Akamon library on the site.
