- This building is the first phase of a public-private partnership (PPP) development project in front of the station. This is the first phase of a public-private partnership (PPP) development project in front of the station. 140-meter-long wooden building. The building is a 140-meter-long wooden structure owned and operated by the special-purpose company Ogal Plaza. The Shiwa Town Office and other private facilities are scheduled to be completed in the same area in the future.
