The site has a history of more than 80 years. A 54-year-old wooden dwelling was converted into a row house, and a 26-year-old reinforced concrete apartment was renovated by removing the walls of the first-floor corridor, and then a wooden row house and a detached house were newly constructed. A wooden row house and a detached house were constructed. The main house and the detached house are connected by a garden with a wooden deck, and the entire site is reconstructed as a gentle community.
