THE NEW OHI OFFICE BUILDING OF THE DAI-ICHI LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

Outline
A new building project for the reorganization of the Dai-ichi Mutual Life Oi Head Office, which was built in 1968 based on the idea of relocating to the suburbs. The 150-meter-long white concrete balcony has a built-in air conditioner. The balcony is chipped in many places and planted with trees. In order to ensure high security, a 2-meter step in the exterior is planted to create a landscape that blends in with its surroundings. The former Oi head office has been taken over by another company for both architecture and environment.
