DOUBLE HELIX HOUSE

Outline
A three-story house on a flagpole-shaped site. The approach from the alley, which is a pole, wraps around the reinforced concrete core in a spiral configuration. The exterior walls of the approach and spiral staircase are covered with cedar shingles. A wooden wall surrounds the central white core. The walls inside the core are plastered with a smooth surface, and the corridor space is made of rough concrete and painted only.
