TENJINYAMA ATELIER
TAKASHI FUJINO / IKIMONO ARCHITECTS
- Outline
- The house and studio is located along the main road, surrounded by 180mm thick reinforced concrete walls. The maximum height of the wall is 7978mm, which does not interfere with the growth of the trees. The walls were constructed by one-shot casting with high-fluidity concrete. The ceiling is top-lit with tempered glass (t=8mm, shatterproof film applied). The ground, both inside and outside the building, is made of sandy soil, with cement mixed into the ground for walking areas. Trees are planted inside the building.
