- This housing complex consists of 24 rental units, 2 rental shops, and 1 owner-occupied unit. Although the area of each unit is small, a maisonette plan is adopted to create a variety of spaces with many openings, and a courtyard leading to the basement is created between the two buildings to allow people to see through the common areas.
