- A six-dwelling cooperative house with one basement floor and three stories above ground. It consists of four residential buildings with one basement floor and three stories above ground, and the flow lines of the common and private areas are gathered in the pleated space between each building. The pleated space also functions as a lightwell, and light falls from the third floor to the basement through the pleated space.
