Outline: This facility was constructed on the site of Expo 2005 Aichi Japan (0505). It was established as a base for citizen participation and exchange activities in order to develop the philosophy and achievements of Expo 2005 Aichi Japan. Inheriting the philosophy of "Wisdom of Nature" from Expo 2005, it aims at sustainable energy use using nature, while actively introducing environment-friendly technologies used in the Expo.
