VILLA KANOUSAN

Outline
A weekend house on the slope of Mount Kano, with four cubes on the first floor and four cubes on the second floor. The arrangement of the cubes, which are gouged out from the intersections of the ceiling, walls, and floor, is defined by an algorithm, and is gently linked to the slope and other aspects of the surrounding environment.
