Outline
The city purchased a precision machinery factory that had ceased operations and converted it into the city hall. To meet earthquake resistance standards, precast prestressed concrete outframes were installed around the perimeter of the existing building. As a result, the slab and walls of the existing building can be removed, and a free spatial arrangement is realized.
