- The project consists of four low-rise residential buildings, 38-39 high-rise residential buildings, and seven business buildings. The eaves of the low-rise buildings are set to match the scale of the surrounding area. The two high-rise residential buildings are arranged so that they do not face each other, ensuring privacy between the units. Blue Low-E glass is used on the walls.
