Outline
The complex consists of four residential towers and a low-rise commercial building in Beijing. The maximum height of the towers is 82,000 mm, and the floor area ratio is 400%. The towers are stacked on top of each other in a staggered manner, creating a "scaling unit". The buildings are arranged according to an axis rotated 45 degrees to the north-south axis.
