- The Urban Renaissance Agency rebuilt the Akabanedai housing complex completed in 1962. In the first phase, a design organization consisting of ADH, Workstation, and archietcture WORKSHOP was formed to take charge of Building A, Block 2, which is an L-shaped enclosure with eight types of planned housing units to provide residences that suit modern lifestyles. The B1, B2, and C blocks, which are currently under construction, are also introduced as projects.
