- The former Izumikawa-tei (the former residence of a priest of the shrine), located next to Shimogamo Shrine, was renovated and extended to become a corporate guest house with three guest rooms. It is a post-sukiya architecture that combines a modern living environment with sukiya architecture using glass while maintaining the trees and water flowing in the existing garden. Structural supervision was provided by Shigeru Hari.
