Outline
This is the first project of the "Peace and Create Project" (later renamed "Hiroshima 2045: A City of Peace and Creation"). It integrates a health center, welfare office, social welfare council, and children's center. In consideration of the surrounding area, the curved wall of profilit glass on the north face lets in light while controlling the line of sight.
