This is the workshop of Toraya, a long-established Japanese confectionery company in Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture. The cafe, shop, kitchen, and other facilities are arranged in an arc in a quiet forest. The building is a single-story steel-frame structure (partially made of wood).
